Justin Bieber’s only planned public show in Australia has been canceled with the star now playing behind glass for his own safety, The Daily Telegraph reported Monday.
Fans are reported to have reacted wildly to the news Bieber was due to perform at a shopping center in Sydney’s west on April 25, forcing a change of plans. Justin will now be protected from fans with an appearance behind a glass window in Channel 7’s Sydney city center studio at Martin Place.
Justin Bieber will perform his hit single “Baby” on the TV station’s Sunrise program on Monday, April 26 from 7 a.m. (local time). The soul singer, on his first trip to Australia, will release his debut album on April 23, consisting of 19 tracks including hit singles “One Time”, “Favorite Girl” and “Baby”.

Usher Tops Justin Bieber on Billboard’s Top 200
Looks like Usher is still able to show Justin Bieber who’s the boss. After selling 329,000 copies of Raymond v. Raymond album, Usher has bumped his teenage protege Justin Bieber off the top of the album chart this week. But despite the fact that Bieber’s stay at #1 with My World 2.0 was a short one, the expert hair-flipper still managed to increase sales of the record by three percent over the past week, the trade publication reports.
Billboard notes that Usher’s latest single “OMG” will “make a handsome debut” on the Hot 100, probably thanks to his live performance of the song on last week’s American Idol results show.
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber’s My World 2.0 sold 283,000 in its initial week of release, but ended up moving 291,000 over the past seven days.

Edward Town Middle School in Sanborn is gearing up for a concert from teen idol Justin Bieber. The middle school raised the most money competing against 56 other schools to collect pennies for Kiss 98.5’s annual School Spirit Contest.
An exuberant eighth-grader from Edward Town said, “It’s the best thing that ever happened to us!”
After speaking with several students, there are three unanimous things: The students are very excited for the Justin Bieber concert; the favorite Justin Bieber song is “Baby;” and the students are glad all the money raised is going to charity.
Edward Town student Kaitlin Venditti, who donated four bags of pennies, said the money going to charity was the whole reason why she donated.
“It’s cool that Justin Bieber is such a nice person to be helping out charities,” said Margaret Brayley.
Margaret and her brother Philip donated all their pennies and continued to ask their parents every day for more pennies until the contest ended.
The contest, which for the first time expanded to allow middle school students to join, raised $152,000 for Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.
The concert will take place next Thursday at Edward Town Middle.

The pint-sized popstar’s manager, Scott ‘Scooter’ Braun is said to be in negations with various TV producers to land Bieber with a project to develop his acting talents.
Justin, who was knocked off the US album top spot yesterday by mentor Usher, recently admitted that it would be ‘cool’ to have his own show.

Justin Bieber and Nick Jonas have landed on the “Unsexiest Men of 2010″ list. The Boston Phoenix publishes the annual list and with its inclusion of 16 year old Justin Bieber and everyone’s favorite JoBro tweens everywhere are sure to be up in arms.
Bieber was listed as the #100 most unsexy man of the year. The reason given is simply his age, specifically the fact that he’s underage. The Boston Phoenix writes, “There is nothing sexy about 16 year old boys. Say it with us, frustrated soccer moms of America: unless you’re a Catholic priest, there is nothing sexy about 16 year old boys.”
Seventeen year old Nick Jonas, on the other hand, was awarded the No. 18 spot. His unsexy crimes are two-fold. They include leaving his brothers in the dust to form a new band.
While our boy Justin Bieber just barely made the list at No. 100, Tiger Woods was the unluckiest, unsexiest man of the year. The disgraced golfer claimed the number one spot. Not far behind was Tiger Woods 2.0 aka Jesse James.

Justin Bieber and “Glee” for White House Easter Egg Roll 2010
Justin Bieber has landed a special honor for the Easter holiday. The White House has announced a schedule of activities for Monday’s Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn. Amongst the star-studded list of attendees is the cast of Glee.
The annual event has been modeled after First Lady Michelle Obama’s national campaign to combat childhood obesity. Over 30 thousand people are expected to attend.
In addition to Justin Bieber and the stars of “Glee”, The Obama’s will host actress Reese Witherspoon, Olympic champion Apolo Ohno, Sesame Street’s Elmo, and members of the Washington Redskins.
How did the Glee cast stumble upon this honor? Apparently, Mrs. Obama and her two daughters are huge fans of the hit musical comedy. EW.com revealed that producers of the show, “did some lickety-split schedule rejiggering in order to honor the request.”
Monday will kick off a busy and exciting week for the Glee stars. After hitting the White House, the glee actors will make a special appearance on Oprah.
