    when you buy is cd-out nov.17th- you will get a golden ticket with a code on it and you will have to go to justinbiebermusic.com/goldenticket and type in the code and it will tell you if you have a chance to win and if you dont you will have a chance to win a second place prize. when i found out that i didnt have a chance to win i was so pissed.
