If im following justin bieber on twitter but i want to ask him to follow me?
do i write @justinbieber can you follow me .... and then he will see that and he can follow back?

    i dislike justin bieber,but yu have to make like a support site& try to catch his attention.then he'll follow you.btw, wrong section. it's part of the Y!A guidelines.
