Is Justin Bieber going to have a tour in 2009 or 2010?
My daughter LOVES the newly rising star "Justin Bieber" and all we listen to is his two songs, I want to surprise her with tickets to a concert! Does anyone know of a planned tour for this or next year? Also the cities? Thanks for your help!!!

    I sure hope hes going on tour in 2010 I will so pay any amount of money for front center seats!

    im pretty sure he will. he might start in 2010. and i hopee soo !!!!! that would be amazing but i thik they will be ALOT of moneyyy because he is a new star.

    Best Answer - Chosen by Voters his album comes out on November 17th, but as of right now, no concerts are scheduled
