What are the official rules for the justin bieber one time contest?
before it was only for the u.s and you had to be 14 but i heard that it changed.

    First , i'd juss like to say he is awsome he is amazing , and very very very hott !! aha .. the rules have changed a bit , its not only in the u.s anymore , its anyone , canada or u.s , and also you have to be at least 12 not 14 , also .. for the contest you have to make a promotion for his video .. and it has to be creative, fun and original , buh a lot of people are only promoting his video with poster's saying his song is comeing out july.7 , and others are just a video .. i suggest you do a music video , and promote his single from the vid .. like add the poster saying "One Time" Justin Bieber's New Singe, coming out on ITunes , July 7 th .
