Where is the free Justin Bieber concert?

I saw a billboard that said there is going to be a free Justin Bieber concert on December 14 at 6:00 p.m. If you know what I am talking about, do you know where the concert will be?

Ohmygosh, I love him ! <3 lol =] I might go. <333It's at Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles, CA :)December 14, 2009 at 6 PM but I suggest you get there early.
